• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Copy or distribute our content without our permission

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Not Financial Advice

Seedwise offers educational financial simulations and planning tools only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Projections are estimates based on the inputs you provide and assumed rates of return; they are not guarantees of future performance. Before making any financial decision you should consult a qualified professional.

Intellectual Property

Rocket Labs LLC owns all original content, features, and functionality of the Services, which are protected by copyright and trademark law. The Seedwise name and logo may not be used without prior written permission.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any projection, calculation, or other output of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

Rocket Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including any financial decisions made based on information shown in Seedwise.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
